Remote Outbound Call Center Agent

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time remote Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. You will contact prospective and existing customers, introduce our services or products and follow guided conversation flows to meet campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls each day following scripted dialogues.
• Answer customer inquiries, provide product information and record accurate details in the CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors while maintaining professionalism.
• Achieve or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
• Provide feedback on scripts and customer experience to improve future campaigns.
• Participate in regular training sessions and adhere to quality‑assurance guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles such as customer service or support.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, active listening and clear verbal communication.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to follow scripts and adapt to customer needs.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional communication or customer‑service training is a plus.
