About the role

We are seeking a remote Paralegal on a contract basis to support a global legal services leader. The role focuses on preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files to ensure smooth legal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.
• Conduct legal research using specialized databases and tools.
• Organize and maintain both physical and digital case files with high accuracy.
• Assist with client communications, draft responses, and schedule consultations.
• Monitor deadlines and procedural requirements to guarantee timely filings.

Required profile

• Proven experience preparing legal documents and managing case files.
• Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadline tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Clear written communication skills for client and team interactions.
