About the role

We are seeking a remote Paralegal to support a global leader in legal services. This contract position focuses on preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing case files to ensure smooth legal operations.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
Conduct legal research using databases and other resources.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital case files.
Assist with client communications, drafting responses and scheduling consultations.
Verify deadlines and procedural requirements for timely filing.

Required profile

Experience preparing legal documents and maintaining case files in compliance with procedural standards.
Proficiency with legal research tools and databases.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication abilities with clients and legal professionals.
Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadlines.
