About the role
We are seeking a licensed physician (MD/DO) to join a research team on a part‑time, remote basis. The role focuses on evaluating and improving artificial‑intelligence systems that support clinical reasoning. You will design and execute evaluation methods that test AI performance on real‑world medical problems where expert judgment is essential.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with AI research teams to assess clinical reasoning capabilities of AI models.
- Design systematic evaluation frameworks and assessment methods for medical AI.
- Create realistic clinical scenarios that challenge AI decision‑making.
- Identify gaps in AI medical knowledge and work with researchers to address them.
Required profile
- Active medical license in any specialty, currently practicing.
- Proven experience in clinical decision‑making and evidence‑based medicine.
- Strong analytical ability to evaluate AI model performance.
- Interest in how AI can support and enhance clinical practice.
- Clear communication of complex medical concepts.
