Remote Phone Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Phone Representative to engage prospective customers, provide information about our services, and schedule appointments through outbound calls. You will work from home during U.S. business hours, representing the organization with professionalism and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using our CRM and automated dialing system.
• Communicate service details and answer general inquiries.
• Qualify leads and set appointments in internal systems.
• Record accurate call outcomes and customer data in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Participate in virtual meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional outreach and administrative projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the workday.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while staying productive.
