About the role

We are launching a podcast aimed at moms, focused on authentic conversations and practical insights. The host and vision are ready; we need a skilled Podcast Creator to take each episode from raw recordings to a polished, published show.

Key responsibilities

• Edit full‑length audio episodes, removing filler words, pauses, and noise.
• Create video versions for YouTube and social media, adding music, branding, and episode structure.
• Produce short‑form clips and audiograms for promotion.
• Build and manage the content calendar and support episode ideation using AI tools.
• Coordinate guests, schedule recordings, and prepare interview guides.
• Run recording sessions on Riverside.fm or equivalent, ensuring audio/video quality.
• Launch and manage the podcast on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and other platforms, handling RSS setup and metadata.
• Track performance metrics and write show notes, episode descriptions, and social captions.

Required profile

• Proven experience launching podcasts end‑to‑end.
• Strong audio editing skills delivering clean, professional output.
• Video editing experience for podcast and social clips.
• Experience submitting and managing podcasts on Apple Podcasts.
• Portfolio of published podcast work.
• Ability to manage timelines independently and meet deadlines.
