About the role
We are looking for a highly organized Property Management Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our growing self‑storage portfolio. Working remotely on U.S. business hours, you will ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, from customer inquiries to lease administration.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms, assisting with reservations, rentals, move‑ins, move‑outs, billing, and gate access.
- Process new rentals, coordinate move‑in/out activities, and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Monitor delinquent accounts, send payment reminders, and document collection efforts.
- Maintain organized records in property management systems and support onsite teams when needed.
- Create and improve Standard Operating Procedures and workflow documentation.
- Prepare regular reports on occupancy, leads, delinquency, and operational performance for leadership.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues professionally.
