About the role

We are seeking a Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to join a leading global real‑estate firm on a contractual basis. The role involves overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, providing strategic investment advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial assets including office, retail, and industrial properties.
• Conduct financial analysis and deliver investment recommendations to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, environmental, and tax regulations.
• Monitor market trends and advise on rental rates, property values, and market conditions.

Required profile
