Remote Recruiting Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment operations, coordinate hiring initiatives, and support our recruiting teams in meeting their hiring targets. This fully remote, full‑time position offers the chance to shape talent acquisition strategy while working from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise recruitment activities and manage candidate pipelines.
• Support recruiter performance and ensure hiring targets are met.
• Coordinate hiring strategies, scheduling processes, and candidate screening quality.
• Maintain and update the ATS with accurate candidate information.
• Assist with training and onboarding of recruiting staff.
• Track hiring metrics, generate reports, and provide insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in recruiting or staffing environments (preferred).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
