Remote Sales Associate – SaaS B2B

About the role

The Sales Associate will work remotely on a full‑time basis, driving new customer acquisition and supporting existing users of the Triangleye platform. You will guide prospects through the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing, and ensure a smooth transition to the customer‑success team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and generate leads through inbound and outbound activities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and present the value proposition of Triangleye’s SaaS solution.
• Guide prospects through each stage of the sales process, negotiating and closing deals.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and manage the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and relay customer feedback.
• Respond to customer inquiries, assist with onboarding and ensure a seamless handoff to customer success.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business‑development abilities, including lead generation, prospecting and closing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with empathy and active listening.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in SaaS, software or B2B sales is highly beneficial.
• Relevant education or practical experience in sales, business or a related field (preferred, not required).
