Remote Sales Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Remote Sales Specialist to connect prospective customers with licensed life and health insurance professionals across the United States. The position focuses on outbound lead engagement, qualification, and appointment scheduling rather than closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company CRM and dialing system.
• Engage prospects professionally, introduce services, and explain the benefits of scheduling an appointment.
• Qualify leads according to established guidelines and book appointments for licensed agents.
• Document interactions accurately and keep CRM records up to date.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets.
• Participate in coaching sessions, sales meetings, and ongoing training.
• Support additional sales and outreach initiatives as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑building ability.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Goal‑oriented with solid organizational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
