Remote Scheduler / Customer Service Representative (Pakistan)

About the role

Elite Consulting USA is hiring remote Scheduler / Customer Service Representatives to support US‑based clients. The full‑time position is based in Pakistan and involves managing schedules and communicating updates for employees and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update employee and client schedules.
• Handle last‑minute scheduling changes professionally.
• Maintain a backup list of available staff for urgent situations.
• Communicate scheduling updates clearly with employees and clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience.
• Strong English communication skills with clear accent.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work evening/night shifts (EST), six days a week.
• Based in Pakistan with a reliable work‑from‑home setup.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
