Remote Software Developer – New Grad AI Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate to join our client’s engineering team as a Remote Software Developer. You will work on an AI recruiter agent, helping to shape its scalability and deliver value to users across finance, healthcare, and engineering domains.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop full‑stack systems that power core product workflows.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Create and ship user‑facing features with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Support data modeling and optimize PostgreSQL performance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI‑driven workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, graduated within the last 2 years.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a passion for learning in an AI‑focused environment.
• Ability to work within PST timezone overlap for global team collaboration.
