About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end logistics for a high‑volume e‑commerce platform. This fully remote position supports global operations, coordinating procurement, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure customers receive their orders on time.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute supply chain strategies that streamline procurement, production, and distribution.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, monitor performance, and mitigate risks.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across multiple warehouses to avoid stockouts and excess holding costs.
• Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize shipping, customs clearance, and last‑mile delivery.
• Analyze supply chain data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend cost‑saving improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply chain operations in e‑commerce or retail environments.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset for evaluating performance metrics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply chain software such as SAP, Oracle, or JDA.
• Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and customs compliance.
