Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our fully remote team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and advancing qualified candidates, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective candidates using company‑provided recruitment channels.
• Conduct structured phone interviews to assess experience, communication skills, and job fit.
• Explain job opportunities, hiring expectations, and employment details clearly to candidates.
• Recommend qualified candidates for advancement based on recruitment guidelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and CRM.
• Develop and manage talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Achieve daily recruitment activity goals while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team on hiring campaigns and process improvements.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, relationship‑building, and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable conducting high‑volume phone screenings and outreach.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, customer service, HR, sales, or call‑center operations is preferred but not required.

Required skills

• Basic computer applications (e.g., email, web browsers, office suites).
• Willingness to learn recruitment software and ATS/CRM tools.
