Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Remote Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage prospective candidates through high‑volume outbound phone outreach. Working from home, you will introduce available career opportunities, qualify applicants, and schedule interviews for our recruitment team. This position offers structured training and the chance to develop valuable recruiting and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Make 350–450 outbound calls daily using the company’s CRM and dialing software.
• Contact prospective candidates to discuss open positions and generate interest.
• Pre‑qualify candidates according to hiring guidelines and schedule interviews or recruiter appointments.
• Accurately update candidate records and call outcomes in the CRM or ATS.
• Follow approved recruiting scripts and outreach processes while meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sourcing goals.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training.
• Support additional recruitment and talent acquisition projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple candidate conversations efficiently.
• Reliable computer, headset, smartphone, and high‑speed internet connection.
