Remote Tax Accountant (Chartered Accountant)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant or Enrolled Agent to join our client’s finance team on a contract basis. This fully remote position involves delivering tax compliance, advisory, and reporting services for a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file federal, state, and international tax returns accurately and on time.
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to optimize clients' financial positions.
• Stay current with evolving tax laws and regulations.
• Represent clients during audits and communicate with tax authorities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial advisory.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• ProSeries tax software.
• Drake tax software.
