About the role

We are seeking an experienced US Tax Consultant to join a leading finance organization on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the training of next‑generation AI systems that rely on high‑quality tax expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze US federal and state tax statutes, focusing on statutory language, conditions, thresholds, and legal exceptions.
• Review English translations of complex tax laws for accuracy and clarity.
• Provide structured written feedback through a review UI to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify inconsistencies, ambiguities, and gaps in tax documentation using logical reasoning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify interpretations and resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of US tax law, including federal and state statutes, regulations, and court decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
