Reporter (Aerospace & Engineering)

About the role

The Reporter position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Attock. You will be responsible for gathering information from internal and external sources, conducting interviews, and producing clear, accurate news and feature stories that cover aerospace, engineering activities, and organizational developments.

Key responsibilities

• Research topics, attend briefings or events, and verify facts to ensure accurate reporting.
• Conduct interviews with technical staff, stakeholders, and external experts.
• Write news articles, feature stories, and internal communications for print, digital, or intranet channels.
• Incorporate multimedia elements such as photos, video clips, and audio recordings to enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with communication teams and technical personnel to translate complex information into accessible language while respecting confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Strong reporting and news‑writing abilities with a focus on technical subjects.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic multimedia competence to support visual and audio storytelling.
• Relevant academic background in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Attock, meet deadlines, and cooperate with technical and administrative teams.
• Familiarity with editorial standards, fact‑checking procedures, and ethical reporting practices.
• Prior experience in corporate communications, defense, or aerospace sectors is an advantage.
