Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

Zaheen Kamran Designer Jewellery is looking for a creative, technically skilled and execution-oriented Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the physical brand experience across its studio, kiosks, exhibitions and retail displays. The role covers the full process, from initial concept and moodboards through 3D visualisation, technical drawings, prototyping, vendor coordination, fabrication and final installation. It reports to the founder / management, works full time on site in Gulberg, Lahore (10 am to 7 pm), and suits candidates with 4-7 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Retail and spatial design: design kiosks, studio interiors, exhibition setups and display counters, prepare floor plans, elevations, 3D renders, technical drawings and material specs, and manage fabrication, site coordination and installation.
• Jewellery display product development: design display stands, necklace busts, earring holders, trays, risers and props, develop custom solutions for bridal, everyday jewellery and accessories, and coordinate with local craftsmen, workshops and manufacturers.
• Visual merchandising: set standards across the studio, kiosks and exhibitions, plan product zoning, showcases and window displays, and create seasonal and campaign-led concepts.
• Brand design system: define colour palettes, material boards, textures, finishes and lighting, and build a retail design and visual merchandising guideline.
• Project and vendor management: manage fabricators, contractors and suppliers, obtain and compare quotations, manage budgets, prepare timelines, supervise quality and ensure delivery meets design, budget and deadline.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in premium retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or exhibitions.
• Preferred background in industrial, product, interior design, architecture, retail or exhibition design.
• Demonstrated experience in product development, prototyping and technical documentation.
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, fabrication methods and production processes.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and take responsibility from concept to completion.
• Portfolio required, showing completed kiosk, store or exhibition designs, interior layouts and 3D visualisations, original product designs, technical drawings and production details.

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Salary range PKR 150,000-200,000 per month, negotiable for exceptional candidates.
