Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager

About the role

Zaheen Kamran Designer Jewellery is looking for a creative, technically skilled and execution-oriented Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the physical brand experience across its studio, kiosks, exhibitions and retail displays. The role covers the full process from concept and moodboards through 3D visualisation, technical drawings, prototyping, vendor coordination, fabrication and final installation. It reports to the Founder / Management, is full-time and on-site in Gulberg, Lahore, with a stated salary range of PKR 150,000-200,000 per month.

Key responsibilities

• Retail and spatial design: design kiosks, studio interiors, exhibition setups and display counters, prepare floor plans, elevations, 3D renders and technical drawings, and manage fabrication, site coordination and installation.
• Jewellery display product development: design display stands, necklace busts, earring holders, trays, risers and props, develop prototypes and production-ready specifications, and coordinate with local craftsmen, workshops and manufacturers.
• Visual merchandising: set standards across the studio, kiosks and exhibitions, plan product zoning and showcase layouts, and create seasonal and campaign-led window displays.
• Brand design system: define colour palettes, material boards, textures, finishes and lighting, and maintain a consistent retail design guideline across all physical touchpoints.
• Project and vendor management: manage fabricators, contractors and suppliers, obtain quotations, manage budgets and timelines, and supervise quality and installation.

Required profile

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, ideally in premium retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or exhibitions.
• Preferred background in Industrial Design, Product Design, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Retail Design or Exhibition Design.
• Demonstrated experience in product development, prototyping and technical documentation.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple projects and take responsibility from concept to completion.
• Portfolio required, showing completed kiosk, store or exhibition designs, interior layouts and 3D visualisations, original product designs, technical drawings and production details.

Required skills

• Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp proficiency.
• 3D visualisation with V-Ray, Enscape or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Understanding of materials, finishes, fabrication methods and production processes.
