About the role

SUMMAT is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Lahore. The role centres on delivering a personalised shopping experience that reflects the brand's values, engaging customers with product knowledge, giving tailored styling advice and building lasting client relationships. It also involves driving sales through cross-selling and up-selling, keeping the store visually appealing and handling day-to-day store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalised customer service by anticipating client needs and staying aligned with the brand's values.
• Engage customers with product and brand knowledge, offering styling advice and information on fabric, design philosophy and limited-edition releases.
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets through cross-selling, up-selling and promotions.
• Maintain store presentation, including visual merchandising and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with inventory: stock replenishment, tracking levels and receiving new products.
• Process checkout using the POS system, handle cash and card transactions, and process returns and exchanges.
• Use customer relationship management tools to record client interactions and support clienteling.
• Support administrative tasks such as order processing, sales reporting and team meetings and training.
• Engage with customers through social media platforms to promote the brand.

The role does not involve team management, but requires strong collaboration and communication skills.
