RMNCH / Maternal & Child Health Master Trainer

About the role

The RMNCH / Maternal & Child Health Master Trainer will lead the design, delivery, and supervision of training programmes focused on reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health. This position works closely with health workers and program staff to ensure high‑quality clinical and programmatic standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt training curricula for RMNCH topics.
• Facilitate in‑person training sessions for health professionals.
• Conduct mentoring and coaching visits to reinforce learning and practice.
• Provide technical support and guidance to ensure adherence to clinical protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with a postgraduate qualification such as MCPS, FCPS, MS, or MPH in Gynecology, Pediatrics, or Public Health.
• More than 10 years of relevant experience in RMNCH training, mentorship, or program implementation.
• Demonstrated ability to work with multidisciplinary health teams.
