About the role
We are seeking an experienced Roblox Developer to build new Roblox game projects from the ground up. The role combines technical expertise with creative input to deliver engaging, monetizable experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement gameplay mechanics, systems, and player progression.
- Develop multiplayer features, UI, inventory, economy, and shop systems.
- Integrate APIs, external services, and optimize performance.
- Implement anti‑exploit, security measures, and monetization loops.
Required profile
- Proven experience building or contributing to live Roblox games.
- Deep understanding of the Roblox ecosystem and player retention strategies.
