R&RS Officer - Spare Parts Store

About the role

Pakistan Tobacco Company is looking for a R&RS Officer in AKF, Pakistan, to manage the store of spare parts, sub-assemblies, oils, lubricants and other inventory items. The role covers receiving, recording, verifying and controlling stock, supported by SAP inventory transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely receipt, binning, storage and identification of spare parts, sub-assemblies, oils, lubricants and other inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including machine-wise updates, stock movement tracking and daily PK02 inventory file updates.
• Perform daily physical verification of goods received and issued materials.
• Conduct regular stock validation, fast-moving spare checks and inventory control activities to keep stock levels optimal.
• Verify received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents and process Goods Receipt accurately and on time.
• Update and monitor rejected, short-received or excess-received material records and coordinate resolution with stakeholders.
• Support SAP-based inventory transactions such as GR activities and stock freezing/unfreezing.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and 5S practices in the store.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in stores, warehouse, inventory management or spare parts operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management and store operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Inventory Management (MM module) and COUPA.
• Experience with OTIF management, stock auditing and inventory reconciliation.
• Analytical, problem-solving, planning and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail, accountability, communication and stakeholder management.
