Rubric Developer – Remote Contract

About the role

We are seeking a Rubric Developer to join a leading technology and internet company on a contract basis. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while shaping evaluation frameworks that drive fair and accurate content scoring across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain evaluation rubrics for various content assessment tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating or optimizing evaluation rubrics for content or data‑driven tasks.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance metrics and feedback.
• Familiarity with content evaluation processes in digital or gig‑economy platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills for drafting clear, structured guidelines.
• Attention to detail to keep rubrics fair, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
