Safety & Environment Manager for Manufacturing Plant

About the role

The Safety & Environment Manager will lead the implementation and continuous development of the Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Pillar at the Sheikhupura factory. You will work closely with factory leadership, committees and pillar members to drive zero accidents and zero waste.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and execute the factory SHE Pillar Master Plan in line with TPM and factory master plans.
• Deploy SHE methodology, training and coaching across the plant and ensure consistent application.
• Coordinate SHE training, develop internal trainers and build pillar member capability.
• Monitor SHE KPIs, conduct internal assessments and audits, and close identified gaps.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards, legal requirements and WHO/Local codes.

Required profile

• University degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Recognized SHE qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma) is an advantage.
• 5–7 years of SHE experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders such as regulators and auditors.
