Sales Account Executive – Client Onboarding

About the role

Scalemill is looking for a Sales Account Executive to manage inbound sales opportunities, build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth for B2B SaaS customers. You will guide prospects through the sales process, close deals, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads, understand client needs, and guide them through the sales cycle.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and potential clients through regular calls and follow‑ups.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while meeting sales targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and issue resolution.
• Track client accounts, identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, and keep accurate records in CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, account management or related role.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Salesloft for lead outreach and cadences.
• Salesforce for pipeline and opportunity management.
• Aircall cloud dialer.
• Backoffice CRM system.
• Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Experience with CRM/ERP dashboards.
• Familiarity with task‑management apps such as TickTick.
