Sales Account Executive

About the role

ScaleForce is a USA‑based revenue operations company that helps B2B businesses generate qualified pipeline through outbound, managed SDR and AE teams, demand generation, and cold‑email infrastructure. The Sales Account Executive will manage inbound and outbound opportunities from discovery through closing, working remotely with US‑based decision makers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities from discovery calls to contract signing.
• Qualify prospects, present solutions, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Build proposals and maintain accurate CRM and pipeline records.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.
• Continuously improve messaging, objection handling and conversion performance.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales or business development experience, preferably with US or international clients.
• Strong communication skills with senior decision‑makers.
• Ability to run discovery calls, handle objections and close complex services.
• Self‑motivated, independent and able to work remotely in a target‑driven environment.
