Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will be based on‑site in Karachi and will own a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring Agrius IT’s third‑party maintenance and multi‑vendor support solutions meet each client’s data‑center infrastructure needs. You will act as the primary point of contact, driving new business, nurturing existing relationships and delivering end‑to‑end sales cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the IT infrastructure market.
• Prepare, present and negotiate proposals for TPM and MVS services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to design tailored solutions and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor account performance, track customer satisfaction and produce regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or IT services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong account‑management and customer‑service skills, able to build long‑term, trust‑based relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Karachi and collaborate with global teams.

Required skills

• Understanding of servers, storage and networking equipment.
• Knowledge of Third‑Party Maintenance (TPM) and Multi‑Vendor Support (MVS) services.
• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
