Sales Agent – Logistics & Dispatch Services

About the role

Quick Route Dispatch LLC is seeking a full‑time Sales Agent to join its on‑site team in Lahore District. You will be responsible for driving new business by promoting the company’s dispatch and logistics solutions to carriers, fleet owners, and other transportation partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, messages, and networking.
• Present and explain Quick Route’s services—including load booking, rate negotiation, and 24/7 dispatch support—to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and fleet owners, providing responsive customer support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, participate in sales meetings, and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on long‑term relationship building.
• Demonstrated sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of dispatch, logistics, or freight operations; transportation or BPO sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and various communication platforms.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct.
• Minimum high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
