About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join our international call‑center team in Lahore. The role focuses on outbound calling to prospects in the United Kingdom, driving lead conversion and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK‑based prospects.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Experience working in an international call‑center environment.
- Hands‑on familiarity with the UK market.
- Strong outbound sales and lead conversion abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Target‑driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of PKR 60,000.
- Performance incentives up to PKR 20,000.
- Additional company benefits.
- Working hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
- On‑site position in Johar Town, Lahore.
