Sales Agent – Property Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Agent to expand our property portfolio in Karachi. You will represent our real‑estate projects, build relationships with prospective buyers, and drive sales growth. The role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication, and a results‑oriented mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new property sales leads through networking, referrals, market research and field activity.
• Present project locations, features, payment options and construction benefits to prospects.
• Conduct client consultations, arrange property visits and maintain regular follow‑up.
• Match client requirements with suitable property solutions and provide accurate information.
• Maintain organized records of leads, meetings, follow‑ups and sales progress.
• Coordinate with internal teams and project representatives to ensure timely support.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, conduct sales conversations, negotiate and close property deals.
• Strong verbal communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of Karachi property markets, locations and project features.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, organized and capable of working independently.
• Professional conduct during client meetings, networking activities and negotiations.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; additional local languages are a plus.
