Sales Agent - US Market, Night Shift

About the role

SphereCode helps US home service businesses such as plumbers, HVAC, electricians and roofers grow through virtual assistant and website services. It is expanding its sales team and is looking for confident callers who want to earn based on results. The position is a full-time night shift, Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Key responsibilities

• Call US business owners and introduce the virtual assistant and website services
• Book meetings with interested owners
• Keep accurate notes on every call
• Hit daily calling targets and improve with coaching

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent
• Comfortable with rejection and motivated by targets
• Able to work the night shift, Monday to Friday
• Cold calling or call center experience preferred (training provided)

Required skills

• Fluent spoken English and communication and persuasion
• Objection handling and active listening
• Basic computer skills: Google Sheets, Google Calendar and note-taking while on calls
• Nice to have: call center or telesales experience, basic knowledge of websites or digital marketing, familiarity with US business culture and time zones

• Salary of PKR 35,000 plus 1-2% commission on closed deals
