Sales and Marketing Intern

About the role

Studio Saffron is seeking an enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to support lead generation, sales strategy, and brand‑building initiatives. The internship lasts 3–6 months and offers hands‑on experience across both sales and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads in creative and tech sectors using LinkedIn, events, cold outreach and referrals.
• Understand prospect needs, budget and timeline to match them with suitable solutions.
• Arrange pitches and meetings with senior leadership and track pipeline status in the CRM.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate content for social media platforms, following the brand voice and a content calendar.
• Monitor engagement metrics, website traffic and other key performance indicators to evaluate campaign success.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfort with rejection, eagerness to learn sales processes and basic knowledge of marketing analytics.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
• Experience using MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Basic knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and CRM platforms (preferred).
