Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on‑site in Rawalpindi, supporting business growth for SAP integration services aimed at B2B SaaS startups. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and collaborating with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads, conduct sales outreach and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.
• Prepare sales presentations and create content aligned with target markets.
• Coordinate customer follow‑ups, gather market insights and assist in client training sessions.
• Report on sales and marketing performance to management.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven B2B or technology sales experience, including lead generation and closing deals.
• Experience in sales management and training, supporting sales processes and team development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Rawalpindi and adapt in a fast‑paced, startup environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing practices and CRM tools.
• Basic sales analytics for data‑driven decision making.
• Knowledge of SaaS B2B sales cycles.
• Understanding of SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, Ariba, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
