Sales and Marketing Specialist - Salon Cosmetics

About the role

MYS Group, a distributor of international beauty brands, is looking for a dynamic, energetic and result-oriented Sales and Marketing Specialist in Karachi. The role generates sales from salons, manages customer relationships and drives revenue growth. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Generate orders and business from salon clients
• Maintain and grow client relationships
• Achieve target KPIs and sales targets
• Cover the target market aggressively to meet sales targets and promote the product
• Provide product training and information to clients

Required profile

• 3+ years in the cosmetics or salon industry
• Proven sales and marketing experience in the salon industry with strong results and a strong clientele
• Proven experience in communication, marketing and customer service
• Strong sales and marketing skills, target-oriented with strong sales ability
• Ability to deliver training sessions to clients or colleagues
• Deep understanding of the Karachi salon market
