Sales & Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a confident and motivated Sales & Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to generate leads, book qualified appointments, handle objections, and support sales growth on a night shift in Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls and outreach via phone, email, and other channels.
• Work with both company‑provided and self‑generated leads.
• Research and identify new prospects.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments.
• Communicate services, address objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Follow up consistently to maximise conversions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Previous cold‑calling experience (mandatory).
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong conversational and relationship‑building abilities.
• Confidence speaking with new people and handling objections.
• Ability to persuade prospects toward a decision.
• Fast learner adaptable to new products, scripts, and tools.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
