Sales & Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) – Night Shift

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Appointment Setter (Cold Caller) to work on‑site in Karachi during the night shift. You will engage prospects, generate leads, qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospects via phone, email and approved outreach channels.
• Research and identify potential leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads through natural conversations and book appointments for the sales team.
• Handle basic objections, clearly explain our services and guide prospects to the next step.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up with leads consistently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in cold calling or appointment setting.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and conversation skills.
• Confidence speaking with new people and handling objections.
• Ability to learn scripts, tools and processes quickly.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Karachi during night shift hours.
• Intermediate, A‑Levels or university students may apply.

• Base salary PKR 40,000 – 60,000.
