Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Sales Assistant to join our Karachi office. In this on‑site position you will support the sales team by handling administrative duties, responding to customer inquiries, and helping to organise and track sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily sales administration, including record‑keeping and report preparation.
• Assist customers with product information and resolve basic queries.
• Coordinate communication between clients, sales staff, and internal departments.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Support the preparation of sales reports and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with sales processes and strategies.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work well in a team.
• Knowledge of security systems or related industries is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office‑management tools.
