About the role
We are looking for motivated Sales Associates to join our team and support outbound campaigns targeting the UK and USA markets. The role involves communicating with prospects, handling calls, and contributing to sales targets while developing professional skills in a call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers as part of UK & USA campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow sales scripts and guidelines to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
Required profile
- Good English communication skills.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of call‑center experience.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools.
- Experience with outbound campaigns is a plus.
