Sales Associate – Preowned iPhone Store

About the role

Mobilize is looking for a full‑time Sales Associate to work in its pre‑owned iPhone store in Karachi. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right device and ensuring a smooth purchase experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and recommend suitable pre‑owned iPhone models based on budget, features and condition.
• Explain product specifications, demonstrate device functionality and answer questions about warranties and return policies.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, handle billing and maintain customer records.
• Organise and display inventory, keep the store clean and support regular stock checks and device status verification.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to meet sales targets and uphold Mobilize’s brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and interpersonal skills with clear, professional communication.
• Basic retail sales experience, including upselling and accurate cash handling.
• Comfortable with iPhone technology and basic troubleshooting.
• Organisational ability to manage displays, track inventory and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Karachi, including weekends or shift work as needed.
