Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Hixe Digital, a digital growth agency, is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Executive to join its Karachi team. You will be responsible for turning inbound leads into satisfied clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored digital solutions, and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and qualify potential clients.
• Communicate with prospects via WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate SEO, website, PPC, social media, or branding services.
• Conduct sales calls, present proposals, and handle objections.
• Negotiate terms, follow up diligently, and close sales.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and record activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handover.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong written and spoken Urdu and English.
• Confidence in phone conversations and client interactions.
• Good understanding of sales processes, follow‑ups, and closing techniques.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑oriented.
• Experience in digital marketing agencies, SaaS, or B2B sales is a plus.
