Sales Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business, engage potential customers, and convert leads into sales within the travel and tourism sector. This performance‑driven position starts with an 8‑week probationary period, after which successful candidates may be offered permanent employment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, messages, referrals and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their travel requirements and recommending suitable solutions.
• Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed sales while maintaining accurate records of leads, follow‑ups and sales.
• Consistently meet weekly sales targets (target: 10 sales per week) and provide regular performance updates to management.

Required profile

• Confident communicator comfortable engaging with customers.
• Results‑oriented, proactive, disciplined and target‑driven.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, travel, tourism or customer service is an advantage.
