Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

EMS Events and Tours is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Manager to grow its corporate client portfolio. You will be responsible for generating new business across corporate events, tours, picnics, conferences, and team‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new corporate clients through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, networking and market research.
• Contact decision‑makers in HR, Administration, Procurement, Marketing and other relevant departments.
• Arrange and conduct face‑to‑face and online client meetings.
• Present services, prepare tailored proposals and recommend customized event and tour solutions.
• Maintain consistent follow‑ups with prospects until deals are closed.
• Negotiate pricing and requirements, and work toward closing business.

Required profile

• Proven sales and business development experience in events, tours, travel management, hospitality or similar B2B services.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, proposal development, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to build relationships with corporate and institutional clients and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness, target orientation, organization, ownership and effective coordination with internal delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel within Karachi and other relevant markets for client meetings.
