Sales Call Officer – USA Campaign (Night Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, target‑oriented Sales Call Officer to run a USA‑based sales campaign for our Retail and Restaurant Management POS solutions. The role is night‑shift based to align with US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA and introduce POS software solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS/ERP SaaS products.
• Generate qualified leads, follow up with prospects and close sales.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow‑ups and sales activities.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in US/Canada/Europe/Australia sales campaigns, preferably SaaS POS/ERP subscriptions.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work night shift according to US business hours.
• Basic computer knowledge.
