Sales Calling Executive

About the role

Trace Enterprise, a visual communication solutions provider in Pakistan, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Calling Executive in the Karachi Division. The role involves making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers, presenting products and solutions, and following up on leads while supporting the sales team in meeting its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and present products, explaining features, benefits and pricing
• Follow up on leads, maintain call logs and update customer records
• Handle inbound inquiries and schedule meetings or product demonstrations
• Coordinate with internal teams so that responses and orders are processed on time
• Maintain a professional communication style and contribute to a positive customer experience

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and active listening, able to explain products clearly by phone
• Sales-minded approach with negotiation, persuasion and objection-handling skills
• Time management and organizational skills to prioritize calls and meet daily and weekly goals
• Comfortable working in an on-site office in the Karachi Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Fluency in relevant local languages and good command of English
• Prior experience in telesales, call center or inside sales is preferred but not mandatory
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is a plus

Required skills

• Customer relationship management, including follow-up and record keeping
• Basic use of CRM or spreadsheets
• Basic MS Office or similar tools; familiarity with sales or CRM software is an advantage
