Sales & Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Kitchen Artisans seeks an energetic, confident, and commercially driven sales professional to manage client relationships and turn qualified inquiries into confirmed kitchen and wardrobe projects. This client‑facing position involves communication, negotiation, premium product sales, and building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming Facebook, digital marketing, and referral leads.
• Contact prospective customers to understand requirements, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct client meetings and present kitchen and wardrobe design proposals.
• Coordinate with the design team for drawings, material selections, and quotations.
• Negotiate within approved pricing and profit margins and follow up consistently to convert leads into orders.
• Coordinate site visits, measurements, and project handovers with the operations team.
• Maintain accurate client records, quotations, follow‑ups, and sales reports.
• Build relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and property professionals.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, preferably in modular kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, interiors, real estate, or home improvement.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong follow‑up habits and ability to close sales.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Basic understanding of quotations, budgets, and profit margins.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and site visits when required.
