Sales Closer - Digital Marketing Campaigns

About the role

LastHope Marketing is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Closer in Lahore. The role engages qualified leads, runs discovery calls, presents tailored digital marketing solutions and closes deals for services such as landing page design, Google Business Profile optimization, website development and SEO campaigns. It covers the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal creation and negotiation.

Key responsibilities

• Engage potential clients by call and virtual meeting, understand their needs and propose SEO and website solutions
• Present service packages and pricing, close deals and meet monthly revenue targets
• Handle objections, negotiations and follow-ups; keep a healthy sales pipeline and records
• Work with delivery teams for smooth client onboarding and gather prospect feedback
• Help train, guide and monitor sales agents, review team performance and improve sales processes
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to refining sales scripts and closing strategies

Required profile

• Proven sales closing experience, preferably in digital marketing, SEO, web development or related services
• Experience with US/Canadian clients highly preferred
• Previous sales team management experience is a strong advantage

Required skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, listening, presentation and persuasion skills
• Confidence dealing with international clients and working in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of SEO, website development and digital marketing is a plus
