About the role
We are seeking a confident Sales Closer to join our Rawalpindi team. This is a performance‑driven position focused on closing deals and driving revenue growth during the 3 PM – 8 PM shift.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers to understand their needs.
- Present product solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and bonus thresholds.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve conversion rates.
Required profile
- Fluent in UK English, both spoken and written.
- Minimum of one year proven sales experience.
- Based in Rawalpindi and able to work onsite.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and confident in a fast‑paced environment.
- Immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
What we offer
- Basic salary of PKR 30,000 per month.
- Performance bonus ranging from PKR 50,000 to 70,000+ monthly, with double bonus for sales beyond target.
- Clear shift schedule (3 PM – 8 PM).
